Ella at Donnelly Park, January 2011

So, if you live in Turlock, you more than likely know Donnelly Park.  I recommend visiting this park *if you don't mind a 1000, over-fed ducks and some fairly questionable citizens.  Don't get me wrong, the park is nice!  It sometimes just doesn't have a very good atmosphere for young kids, if you know what I mean.  On the positive side, if you go when hardly anyone is there, you can have a great time with your kids and not worry about them.  Ella LOVES Donnelly park, not only for it's swings and playground, but because it just gives her a chance to run, be free and be 4 years old.  And for me?  It's another chance to perfect my skills!  Oh, and just for the record...I know the ducks are a little much at the end, but like I said, Donnelly doesn't come without a few ducks.  The blue one at the bottom is enhanced, but the color of his eyes are real which is why I took his picture!

Max and Kelsey, 2010

I'm sorry to the few "fans" I have...(you know who you are), but I've been totally absent from the blog world for a few months now.   Sometimes I lose motivation, so I am going to be doing a few updates over the next week or so that presents my most recent work.

The only "work" I've had...that is, that I've been paid for...is from Max and Kelsey.  I worked with Max at Raley's from March 2007 to July 2009.   Max is "da man", and he's overall just an awesome person who works hard in school, with his family, and with his job.  I had never met Kelsey until we shot the pictures, but she made a very good first impression and it was a total pleasure to take pictures of them.  I always respect young people who try their hardest in relationships, jobs, and education, especially those who find ways to make their life seem enviable and inspiring.  Here's to you guys, Max and Kelsey!
